**Job Summary**

As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are seeking a talented Videographer to join our team and play a key role in creating engaging video content for social media and online courses. As the Videographer for Social Media and Course Content at LMN, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that captivates audiences and drives engagement across various platforms. Working closely with the marketing and content teams, you will bring our brand to life through creative storytelling and visually compelling videos that educate, entertain, and inspire our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives and translate them into impactful visual narratives.
- Film and edit a variety of video content, including product demonstrations, customer testimonials, tutorials, and promotional videos for social media and online courses.
- Stay current with video production trends and techniques, and experiment with new ideas to continually elevate the quality and effectiveness of our video content.
- Manage video equipment, lighting, and audio setups, ensuring optimal production quality and technical standards are met.
- Maintain organized files and assets and adhere to brand guidelines and style standards for consistency and brand integrity.

**What you bring to LMN (Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in storytelling, cinematography, and post-production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording setups.
- Excellent creative vision and attention to detail, with the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with social media platforms and online course platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
