What we're seeking:
- **Experience**: 1-2 years demonstrated proficiency in both residential and commercial painting.
- **Precision**: A keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring flawless finishes every time.
- **Technique**: Expertise in painting techniques to help us deliver top-notch results.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, or filling holes.
- Perform drywall repair and installation as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine painting requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Caulk gaps and cracks to ensure a seamless finish.
**Requirements**:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in residential and commercial painting.
- Proficiency in construction painting techniques.
- Effective use of hand tools.
- Detail-oriented: Precision and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliability: While owning transportation is preferred, we can accommodate as needed.
- Experience with blueprint reading is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with heights.
