Painter and Decorator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare walls and other surfaces before painting
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material
- Use caulk to seal windows and doors
- Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow blueprints or schematics to complete projects

**Experience**:

- Time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Experience in residential and commercial painting
- Ability to restore surfaces to their original condition
- Proficiency in caulking and building materials
- Knowledge of drywall repair techniques
- Familiarity with power tools commonly used in painting projects
- Carpentry skills for minor repairs and adjustments
