Supervisor Painter

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced painting foreman/supervisor to join our amazing team.
- 1 year of proven experience as Painting supervisor
- Fluent English
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
- 3 years of Painting experience preferred
- Strong leaders hip skills
- Proven construction skill set
- Driver's License (prefered)

You will be responsible for:

- Perform the duties of a painter and supervising the work of other painters
- Ability to maintain quality control on a jobsite
- Organize and oversee Painting procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- In-depth understanding of Painting procedures and materials and project management principles
- Familiarity with safety standards
- Ability to manage and train others
- Ability to adjust and prioritize work flow on a daily basis
- Understanding of construction sequence
- Ability to maintain quality control on a jobsite
- Knowledge of up to date Painting techniques
- Ability to supervise a wide range of Painting projects from start to finish

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- painting: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
