**Adjoint(e) à l’éducation**

L’équipe de santé familiale académique Montfort est un groupe dynamique, formé de médecins et autres professionnels de la santé. Nous travaillons au bien-être et au maintien de la bonne santé de nos patients en leur offrant des soins complets en langue française et anglaise tout en formant les professionnels de la santé de demain.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne indépendante et motivée afin d’occuper un poste d’adjoint(e) à l’éducation, à temps complet, pour une durée indéterminée.

**SOMMAIRE DES FONCTIONS**:
**1. Préparation des horaires**
- Prépare les horaires et l’assignation des apprenants aux médecins de l’ESFAM
- Prépare les horaires des apprenants en stage à l’ESFAM
- Confirme les horaires auprès des partenaires
- Appuie l’organisation de diverses rencontres
- Coordonne les horaires des cliniques spécialisées

**2. Rédaction de procès-verbal**
- Rédige les procès-verbaux de diverses rencontres

**3. Autres fonctions administratives**
- Assure l'orientation des nouveaux apprenants
- Coordonne la collecte des évaluations
- Prépare le sommaire et le calcul des journées d’enseignement médicales
- Assiste avec la préparation des EMS et ECOS
- Envoie le sondage annuel auprès des résidents
- Assure la coordination administrative pour les projets de recherche
- Envoi de demandes de paiement de groupe
- Effectue la réconciliation des paiements
- Coordonne l’envoi, la réception, et les confirmations de demandes en consultation internes et provenant de l’externe auprès des cliniques spécialisées
- Prépare la demande et rapport de financement des programmes de subventions

- Fait preuve de jugement fondé et démontre une habilitée à considérer multiples alternatives afin d’achever son mandat
- Démontre la capacité à travailler de façon autonome, sans supervision
- Fait preuve de créativité, d’innovation, d’enthousiasme et d’une personnalité engageante
- Possède des compétences informatiques raisonnables
- Possède d’excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et organisationnelles
- Capacité démontrée de travailler en équipe dans un environnement en constante évolution
- S’engage entièrement à contribuer au bon fonctionnement de la clinique et les activités d’enseignement

**ATOUTS**
- Possède un diplôme collégial en administration, en secrétariat, en sciences médicales ou autre éducation / expérience équivalente
- Connaissance et expérience des dossiers médicaux électroniques (DME);
- Expérience antérieure dans un bureau de médecins de famille ou dans un environnement d'enseignement professionnel

**RÉMUNÉRATION**
- Le titulaire sera rémunéré selon une échelle salariale annuelle à cinq (5) niveaux d’entre 19.08$ et 22.46$ par heure.

**HORAIRE**

Le titulaire sera appelé à travailler de jour, selon les besoins opérationnels de l’employeur:

- De façon général, du lundi au vendredi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $19.08-$22.46 per hour
