**What You’ll Experience with The DRC**:

- $20 per hour
- In-house dining perks

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Work with plants - watering and pruning all of the plants owned and maintained by The DRC (if you don’t know how to take care of plants, but you’d like to learn - we’re happy to teach you).
- Communicate any plant or site issues to ensure timely repair/resolution.
- Use and maintain necessary tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
- Assist the Maintenance team with site repairs indoors and outdoors.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.

**What You’ll Bring to the Garden**:

- ** EXPERIENCE/INTEREST.** You’ve got either experience or an interest in gardening. You like working with your hands.
- **COMMUNICATION SKILLS.** You’re quick to identify and communicate problems or opportunities to the appropriate people.
- ** CUSTOMER SERVICE.** Guests and tourists will be sharing your workspace, and you enjoy the opportunity to help others, providing directions or discussing the plants with fellow green thumbs
- ** EARLY STARTS. **You like getting an early start to the day. You’re looking for a job where you’d start at 7am.
- ** FEATS of STRENGTH.** You can lift at least 50 lbs.
- ** DRIVE.** Having a valid driver’s license and safe driving record. (G2 or higher) is an asset (but not a requirement).
