As a seasonal Caterer, you will be responsible for preparing food during the upcoming summer for tour groups that will be dining in our conference room. Our conference room offers breakfast buffets, and plated suppers such as turkey and roast beef. You will work as a team with our serving staff to provide the best dining experience possible for our guests. **Duties**:

- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and menus
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Set up buffet lines prior to service and break them down after service
- Coordinate with event organizers to determine menu options and dietary restrictions
- Assist with event setup and cleanup as needed
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in catering or hospitality roles
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
- Ability to work alone
