**Concierge**Wanted**:
**Experienced Concierge for Coal Harbour Condo Tower**
- Full-time employment or part time employment
- Must be prepared to work afternoon shift, dayshift, and/or weekend shifts.
- 44K salary and benefits for full time employment depending upon experience.
- Reports to the Building Manager.

**To be successful in this role, you will require**:

- **Concierge Knowledge**:Solid understanding of concierge responsibilities with previous customer service-related experience.
- **Adaptive Team Player**:A strong sense of collaboration, ready to take on varied roles to support and enhance overall building operations, including tasks outside the typical managerial scope.
- **Organizational Prowess**:Exceptional organizational skills, with a talent for efficiently managing tasks, schedules, and resources to maximize productivity.
- **Effective Listening and Planning**:Strong listening abilities coupled with the skill to assess situations and develop suitable action plans when necessary. Must be able to work well under pressure in fast paced environment.
- **Communication Excellence**:Outstanding communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions both verbally and in writing.
- **Customer Service and Proactivity**: Demonstrable work experience in delivering excellent customer service, with a proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful approach.
- **Professional Presentation**: Must present self formally and professionally. Black formal clothing will be required.

**Salary**: From $44,000.00 per year
