We’re seeking a **full-time, permanent Regional Sales Manager** to support our business sales in Atlantic Canada The role will be based out of the Maritimes and the successful incumbent would be available to travel within the province at a minimum of 65% of the time.

**What it’s all about**:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for representing the WS Audiology brand and delivering exceptional customer service to existing and new businesses through sales and business development. The Regional Sales Manager is passionate about the hearing industry and stays abreast of industry trends and competitor performance. This role would be responsible for supporting either our Widex or Signia product line.

**What you will do**:

- Promote territory growth by continuously developing new business opportunities and customer relationships
- Provide consistent and timely service to assigned customers in your territory
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive companies, their products and prices
- Share pertinent information about pricing and products with other employees during sales meetings
- Work with audiology field trainer to identify specific opportunities by customer
- Promptly follow-up with meetings, road shows, events, and trainings
- Ensure regional events and road shows are well-attended by connecting with customers and continuous networking
- Follow-up on NPS survey results and provide reporting and analysis when required
- Support the development of a strategic business plan for the year and review it quarterly with the team to increase sales opportunities in each territory
- Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or another related field is considered an asset
- Audiology or Hearing Instrument Practitioner certification is considered a strong asset
- 3-5 years of proven, demonstrable sales experience within the hearing or medical industry (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
- Ability to conduct market research to identify trends, analyze and report any opportunities
- Comfortable with providing support to the Customer Service Representatives and answering customer calls
- Attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 65% within the province, and occasional travel to our head office in Burlington, ON as well as provincial/national conferences
