**Job Description & Key Responsibilities**:
As an Operational Head Assistant, you’ll support our operational team in managing routine administrative projects and ensuring that all team members are on track with their tasks. Your role will involve:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operational head and other senior staff, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
- **Project Management**: Oversee routine administrative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Assist in planning, execution, and follow-up of operational tasks.
- **Team Coordination**: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless communication and task coordination. Ensure all team members are aligned with their goals and deadlines.
- **Task Tracking**: Monitor the progress of various operational tasks, provide updates, and ensure that any issues are addressed promptly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and project progress. Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and suggest enhancements to boost efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field from a reputed university.

**Professional Background**
- Previous experience in administrative support, project management, or a related field is preferred.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management software.

**Personality**
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Passionate about learning and flexible in adapting to new tasks and challenges.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
