We're currently seeking a highly experienced and proficient line cook to join our dynamic team. Our restaurant operates at a high-volume pace, and we're looking for a strong leader who can thrive in such an environment. **Responsibilities**:
Prepare and cook menu items on demand, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and standards.

Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace.

Assist the kitchen team in a range of tasks, including inventory management, kitchen cleanliness, waste tracking.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills within the kitchen team, promoting a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:
4 years experience running and operating a high-volume kitchen, making schedules, counting inventory, calculating food cost.

Proven leadership, communication skills and the ability to guide, motivate and work effectively with a team.

A sound understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
