We are looking for an Entry Level Event Assistant to provide customer service and promotional knowledge to our client base. Our Entry Level Event Assistant works closely with our clients to create new opportunities for growth.

Our focus in cultivating an environment that encourages collaboration, growth, team work, and making an impact on the local community. We coach, train, and empower every member of our Event Team on the entire event and campaign development process. From managing the campaign, preparing for the events we host, and building rapport, the Entry Level Event Assistant does it all.

**Entry Level Event Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Attend local events to meet with community members, educate them on our charity partner’s mission, and drive enrollment efforts
- Stay updated on industry and competitive trends and regularly inform sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities
- Develop a sense of trust and comfort with our community and make an impressionable impact for your assigned charitable partner
- Present our cause directly to consumers and explain the significance our fundraising efforts can make in someone’s life
- Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow Event Assistant to create and drive awareness at events
- Share our brand story in a professional and meaningful manner
- Engaging with consumers and effectively educate them to drive fundraising efforts
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge on our client
- Refine and execute a strategy to support the clients current donors

**Entry Level Event Assistant Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of event management, promotional marketing or customer service experience is a plus but not required for an entry-level role
- Compassionate and understanding
- Desire to give back to the community
- Demonstrate the ability to use persuasive communication, leadership, and relationship-building
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to think outside the box

**Salary**: $15.00-$30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
