The primary responsibility of this role is to transfer data from existing spreadsheets into a newly implemented system. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, exceptional typing speed, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data from spreadsheets into the new system.
- Verify the accuracy of data before inputting.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of data.
- Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity.
- Follow established procedures and protocols for data entry.
About you:
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute (WPM) or higher.
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field.
- Familiarity with database systems and data entry best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
