Nous recrutons actuellement pour des positions en journée (8:30am-4:30pm) mais aussi d'après-midi (1:00pm-9:00pm) du Lundi au Vendredi. Les titulaires du poste reporteront du Gestionnaire des services d'admission et auront pour principales responsabilités de gérer les appels téléphoniques entrant de la Société, de compléter l'évaluation initiale et de documenter les cas référés. Ceci est un poste syndiqué (CUPE 5319).

**The Job**

We are recruiting for multiple permanent Bilingual Intake Phone Assessors based either from the Barrie or Bracebridge Intake offices. We are recruiting for day-time positions (8:30am - 4:30pm) as well as for our later shift of 1:00pm - 9:00pm Monday to Friday. The incumbents will report to the Intake Service Manager and will have primary responsibilities for handling telephone intake responsibilities for the Society, completing initial assessment and documentation on referred cases. This is a CUPE Local 5319 Bargaining Unit position.

**C**ompétences**
- **_ Diplôme d'études secondaires dans un programme de travail social ou un diplôme d'un milieu relié._**:

- Une expérience de travail avec des populations à risque est un atout.
- Une connaissance profonde de la gestion de cas de la protection de l'enfance et sur la Loi des services à l'enfance et à la famille.
- Capacité avérée à évaluer avec précision les risques en fonction des informations concernant l’admission.
- Démontrer une aptitude à évaluer et accompagner les personnes en situation de risque.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelle, orale et écrite.
- La capacité de bien gérer son temps et de travailler sous pression.
- Une appréciation et une capacité à travailler avec une communauté diversifiée.
- Une compréhension approfondie des valeurs et des principes anti-oppression
- Nécessité d’être bilingue (français / anglais); les compétences seront testées.

**Qualifications**
- **_ Post-Secondary diploma in Social Services Worker Program or related degree or diploma. Experience working with at-risk populations is an asset._**:

- Ability to accurately assess risk based on intake information.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and support people in risk situations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A thorough understanding of anti-oppression values and principles
- An appreciation of and ability to work with a diverse community.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required, proficiency will be tested.

**Rémunération**

Le salaire varie entre 55 450$ et 68 415$, selon expérience, avec un ensemble d'avantages sociaux généreux, des vacances et des allocations pour des absences autorisées.
