**Responsibilities**:
The primary responsibilities and focus for the Administrative Associate will be to work alongside and support the Operations team with administrative tasks.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- 2-3 years of previous experience in an administrative support role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills; high attention to detail
- Carry out office duties such as filing, retrieve and distribute documents as necessary, typing, copying & scanning
- Data Entry - Processing of Work orders and Underground Utility Locates
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate messages and ensure effective delivery to both internal and external customers and contractors
- Results oriented with the ability to handle many tasks and maintain a high level of individual and team performance all while focused on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met; ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and across multiple teams
- Advanced skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
