We are looking for support staff to help with setup, administrative tasks required during event and cleanup. This will be 5 hours of work. 9am to 2pm.

The event is a charity event - Centre for Conscious Awareness - Canada in partnership with University of Guelph - STEM Relief Club: Positive Self-Esteem and Body Image. Event is partially funded by Federal Goverment of Canada - Canada Summer Jobs Program.

As Event Support Staff, you’ll be assisting with the following:

- Attend at 9am to help with room setup, chairs, tables, registration and literature desk
- Guide special guests into room
- Be available to assist where needed during event to guide people
- Assist with setup of lunch
- Clean up after event
- Mature and Responsible
- Flexible
- Organized
- Detail-oriented

This is a one day work opportunity only

Duration of employment
- July 29, 2023 to July 29, 2023

Compensation
- $100 honorarium and a reference

Work Environment
- In person, on campus at University of Guelph
- Peter Clark Hall - 50 Stone Road East, Guelph ON n1g 2w1

Experience

We are a Canadian registered charity that focuses on teaching stress management and meditation to the public. We service primarily seniors.
