Built on robust municipal, environmental, land development and structural engineering services, we have a strong legacy of providing sound technical advice and innovative solutions for our private and public sector clients.

**About the IT Team**:
The GM BluePlan Engineering IT team is growing in order to continue to provide quality IT support to GM BluePlan's growing team of Engineers and Technicians. The team currently supports more than 240 staff in seven office locations and an increasingly mobile workforce. GM BluePlan's dynamic and fast paced environment means that all IT team members play a vital role in the success of the business and its staff.

The IT team is dedicated to incremental continuous improvement by (re)defining processes and automating tasks. This allows us to streamline our workflow and work in a more efficient manner. Our processes remain flexible, with room for customization to ensure we can support the GM BluePlan team and our clients.

**Your Responsibility Within The Team**:

- You will provide full lifecycle support for computer and peripherals (printers, cellular, etc.), software and hardware aspect; provisioning, updating, troubleshooting, and decommissioning.
- Working to quickly resolve IT support tickets from simple requests such as password resets or software installations, to more complex issues. Escalating issues to the infrastructure administrator or IT management, as required.
- Support ongoing IT documentation
- Liaising with vendors to resolve support issues, when necessary.

**Education/Technical Proficiencies**
- A post-secondary certification in IT, or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of Windows 10
- Experience with Microsoft 365 service administration and other "as a service" platforms an asset.
- Experience with Autodesk software an asset.
- Experience with the ITIL framework as asset.
