**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and industry trends
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize Hubspot to track sales activities and manage customer relationships

**Requirements**:

- 4 Days on the road, 1 day in the office per week (once onboarded)
- Proven experience in business development and outside sales
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
- Proficient in using CRM software, such as Hubspot, to manage sales activities

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement.
