The **Product Manager** role with Minerva is a full-time remote role, with occasional (quarterly) in-person opportunities to meet and get to know the rest of your team.

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**
- **Product Strategy**: Develop and refine the product vision and strategy, considering market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- **Product Development**: Lead cross-functional product development teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ongoing enhancements.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competition, and opportunities for product improvement.
- **Roadmap Creation**: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and prioritizes feature development.
- **Requirement Gath**ering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to define and document detailed product requirements.
- **Feature Prioritization**: Prioritize features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- **User Experience (UX)**: Ensure a seamless and user-friendly product experience through collaboration with UX/UI designers and the research efforts surrounding this work.
- **Release Management**:Plan and manage product releases, including coordination with development and testing teams.
- **Analytics and KPIs**: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and address issues promptly.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate product updates and strategy to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, sales, marketing, and support teams.

**About You**:

- Customer-centric mindset.
- You are a fan of iterative development, working with customers as well as cross-functional teams to hypothesize, plan, execute, measure impact, and learn in order to iterate on future roadmap plans.
- You enjoy building products that are easy to adopt and use.
- You are always looking for ways to improve.

**Ideal Background**:

- A minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Product Manager in the SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of SaaS product and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong passion for listening to customers and delivering outstanding user experiences.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills, including market sizing analysis, business case definition and competitive analysis.
- Ability to work effectively and coordinate people and activities across cross-functional teams, with strong capabilities in communication and interfacing between Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success teams..
- Experience with project management and product management tools (Jira, Notion or similar)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
