**Responsibilities**:
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support to Desktop build engineers
- Monitor and maintain the security and performance of laptops and desktops, including antivirus, updates, backups, and encryption
- Document and report any incidents, problems, or requests using the ticketing system
- Coordinate with other IT staff and vendors to ensure the quality and availability of IT services
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in desktop support
Job Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in desktop support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, SCCM, Office 365, Active Directory, laptop and desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in both French and English
- Must be able to work on site and travel to different locations as needed
