**What you will do**
We are seeking a technical lead to join the End User Experience Technology team in the Information Technology Services Department. This team is responsible for the ongoing support and evolution of the users’ endpoints at the Bank. This includes physical and virtual workstations, mobile devices, meeting rooms technology as well as cloud solutions.
You will participate in the evolution and delivery of new technologies, with a key focus on improving the end user experience and empower the Bank’s hybrid work strategy by providing technology offerings and options to provide a more inclusive experience for all users regardless of their physical location.

**More specifically you will**:

- oversee all technology aspects of the modern endpoints and multimedia services including security, performance, scalability, and maintainability (with the team)
- oversee the design and implementation of the overall services; leads integration of front-end and back-end aspects of the different solutions
- enable the team by “leading by example” and capability for the team to make their own decisions about technical design while ensuring overall technical vision is implemented
- translate business needs into technical solutions and build an action plan
- identify, investigate, and address incoming inquiries to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to achieve client satisfaction
- own the team workload by using agile and SCRUM methodologies.

**What you will need to succeed**
We are looking for someone who has:

- Strong knowledge or understanding of:

- Microsoft O365, Azure AD, InTune, AutoPilot and Teams platform
- AV/MM & IT products, technologies, and architectures.
- corporate audio/video solutions such as collaboration solutions, Surface Hub, Microsoft Teams Rooms, LED displays, projectors, control equipment, audio DSP’s and switches.
- videoconferencing technologies (Cisco, Polycom, Logitech, Crestron)
- emerging computing trends
- Enterprise network & IT security practices

**This position also requires you to possess strong**:

- leadership skills
- ability to work with diverse groups of people and being able to gain consensus within an organization
- written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts
- problem-solving skills and the capacity to develop effective long-term solutions

**Assets**
- exposure to diverse work environments, with a broad understanding of multiple business sectors, hardware and software technologies and IT security
- Possess one or more of the following:

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals

**Your education and experience**

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software or systems engineering or another related field with a minimum of 6 years of experience supporting modern end user technologies (workstations and multimedia expertise) as well as experience with Microsoft Azure AD, Intune, SCCM
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

**What you need to know**
- Language requirement: English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of fully functional (level 5) in second official language.
- Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents
- Security level required: Be eligible to obtain Secret
