**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are a looking for exceptional contractor Service Providers to facilitate the success of new and existing customers through configuration, education, and training of the Microvellum Platform. This person will strive to expand the use of the Microvellum products within each customer as may be appropriate to that customer to maximize the value they derive. This role is responsible for excellence in services and training assisting our clients and ourselves to reach our potential. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
Create Positive Outcomes by keeping yourself educated on the product features, service techniques and industry trends.

Deliver Rock Solid Service both internally and externally to our clients through providing these services:

- Basic MV Toolbox Installation
- AutoCAD Drafting & Rendering
- Manufacturing Expertise
- Ability to configure Library Data, formula reading/writing, Custom Library Development
- Library Development / Library Designer
- Basic Report Setup, Report & Label Setup, Costing Reports
- IT experience: Sandbox Environment Setup / Planning SQL Server Training & Setup
- Processing Station Setup - Tool file Setup / Testing / Support
- SMT and EBP
- Machine Connection Development (Understanding of G-Code)
- IPP Custom Strings

**SKILLS & QUALITIES**:

- Mastery of written and spoken English required, French mastery preferred
- 5+ years of industry or other relevant experience
- Microvellum software experience a must
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Deep working knowledge of Microvellum products and services
- Ability to travel within our service areas including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UK and work more than 40 hours in some weeks
- Proven ability to service multiple concurrent projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
