**GCW is looking to add to our Administrative team**

Front Desk Reception is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. This includes greeting, and screening visitors, answering, and referring inbound telephone calls, and maintaining the sales showroom.

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent people skills required to talk with clients and guests
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills are required
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great organizational and time management skills
- An individual with a positive and friendly attitude

**Some requirements of the role would include**:

- Process payments as required
- Maintain the showroom (organizing after meetings, requesting samples, etc.)
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- College diploma in Business Administration, or a similar discipline is considered an asset
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
