Georgian Chevrolet is looking for an experienced automotive sales consultant to join our growing team. As part of Canada One Auto Group, a dealer group of 37+ dealerships
- with more being added to the family every year
- we are looking to add to our already successful dealership.

Our sales & leasing consultants are responsible for facilitating the purchases of new & used vehicles from our massive inventory, into our customers hands. Due to a massive increase in volume and business, we are looking for some top performers to compliment the demand we're facing

This opportunity is perfect for an experienced sales consultant looking to develop their career, with access to programs, supportive management, and more inventory than you could ever need

Role & Responsibilites
- Provide customers with information on our new and pre owned inventories.
- Facilitate and negotiate deals that leave customers feeling empowered and satisfied, with profitable margins for the dealership.
- Converting service customers into sales opportunities.
- Following up and connecting with customers on their anniversary of purchase, birthdays, and other milestone events.
- Maintain accurate information in our CRM system, completing all tasks as required by management.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and inventory knowledge.
- Follow policy and procedure set by management team
- Daily check ins with management team regarding ongoing leads and customer follow up.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism both in appearance and behavior when interacting with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority, always

- Ability to connect with customers, through active listening and the art of conversation
- Self-motivated, with drive and enthusiasm for the automotive industry

- Exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to receive coaching and feedback on presentation
- Clean driving abstract
- Valid OMVIC license
- No exceptions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
