**Stalco Inc. is looking for a _Sales Development Representative _in the GTA to join our team**

We are continuously looking for the best and most promising individuals to join our tightknit and unique team. We are seeking a charismatic individual who is eager to learn and develop their sales skills. This individual will play a key role in growing Stalco’s client base.

**What will you do?**
- Book calls / meetings with potential clients (and be a part of the full sales cycle)
- Work with the Director of Sales and Operations team to put together client proposals / pricing plans
- Actively follow-up with prospective client relationships and maintain coverage of current clients
- Update and maintain a prospective client pipeline within Stalco’s CRM. Bi-weekly review with Sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior sales experience. Experience in 3rd party logistics, and eCommerce is an asset but not required.
- Charismatic personality with strong, confident communication skills (oral and written) and eager to learn
- Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Degree: college Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a field where above skills and attributes were required and demonstrated

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
