**About the Role**:
We are seeking an exceptional and proactive Executive Coordinator to join our team, providing crucial support to the Director of Labour Market and Stakeholder Relations Programs. As the backbone of the
Director's operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth administrative and operational processe. **Reports to**: Director of Labour Market and Stakeholder Relations Programs
**Salary**:$55,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package
**Location**:Vancouver, BC

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Gain valuable experience in managing the Directors calendar, honing your time management skills and ensuring smooth operations.
- Showcase your exceptional written communication abilities by preparing and editing important documents, reports, and presentations.
- Be the go-to person for handling incoming communication, making you a key player in managing the

Director's interactions and prioritizing responses effectively.
- Demonstrate your organizational prowess by maintaining accurate records and files, while ensuring confidentiality and easy accessibility for the Director.

**Coordination and Logistics**:

- Take charge of coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the Director and team members, allowing you to develop your organizational and planning skills while ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- Showcase your event planning expertise by organizing and facilitating meetings, conferences, and events. This role offers an opportunity to sharpen your logístical coordination, agenda preparation, and material distribution abilities.
- Foster valuable connections by liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Your strong interpersonal skills will come into play as you maintain positive relationships and facilitate effective communication between various parties.

**Program Support**:

- Engage in the development, implementation, and monitoring of labour market and stakeholder relations programs, gaining hands-on experience in driving impactful initiatives.
- Utilize your research skills to gather accurate and relevant information, supporting program initiatives and contributing to their success.
- Showcase your talent for concise and informative reporting, preparing reports, summaries, and presentations to keep the Director up-to-date on program progress, milestones, and outcomes.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of program activities.

**Communication and Stakeholder Relations**:

- Elevate your communication expertise as you draft and edit various communications on behalf of the Director, including memos, announcements, and newsletters.
- Take pride in efficiently coordinating and scheduling meetings with stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain stakeholder databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information, showcasing your attention to detail.
- Be the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests, and building positive relationships.

**Agility and Adaptability**:

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required.
- Proven track record as an executive assistant or in a similar capacity, preferably supporting senior executives or directors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing and multitasking with efficiency
