**The **Role**:
Responsible for coordinating the activities of an Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems on-site at the customer's location. Tool setup will be required as well as follow-up on tools sent from the site to the Atlas Copco Repair Center. Excellent communication, computer, networking, and product skill sets will be required to help resolve tooling, production, or personnel issues. The Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for setting up tools for use, maintaining a PM and calibration schedule, the logistics of shipping tools in and out of the customer's facility, and interfacing directly with the customer. This position will be based out of the customer's facilities in Springfield, Ohio There is also 5% national travel required throughout the year.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- IT experience with networking or databases preferred but not required
- Experience with assembly tooling
- Experience with calibration
- Experience servicing Atlas Copco fastening tools, torque theory, and fastening knowledge are strongly preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience working on pneumatic and DC power tooling in a production environment or equivalent experience.
