**What You Will Do**
- Develop a process for the regular inventory management of the warehouse.
- Work with pre-existing community partnerson a regular basis to share updated information about ongoing changes in supply and order processes based on current harm reduction best practices. Provide education sessions to community partner agencies.
- Coordinate, deliver and/or facilitate any training on inventory supply management processes as they are updated. Provide information internally and externally on new equipment and based practices from an evidence-based lens. Also, providing relevant supports, referrals, education, and information, as required/ requested.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory tracking ensuring alignment with service priorities, harm reduction principles, and safety/ security protocols. Generating reports on inventory and tracking satellite’s documentation and reporting efforts regularly.
- Participate in regular learning opportunities about best practices in harm reduction, anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices and cultural safety.

- Program design knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility when working with community partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
- Knowledge and skills related to working with people who are living with, at risk of or impacted by HIV/HCV; who may be vulnerable and marginalized; and may also be experiencing challenges related to mental health, addictions, and homelessness.
- Crisis intervention knowledge and skills.
- Social services knowledge and skills, including availability of community resources.
- Safe sharps handling and disposal knowledge and skills.
- Computer software skills.
- First Aid & CPR, BLS, CPI training considered an asset.
- A satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).
