**Responsibilities**
- Responding to inquiries and escalations regarding Benefit and Pension plans
- Communication to and education of Team Members on Benefit and Pension Plans offered by Wonderbrands.
- Maintaining enrollment process for Benefit and Pension plans, proposing and implementing improvements.
- Communicating with external consultants, brokers, and providers to resolve issues.
- Informing Team Members about any changes to the benefits structure.
- Ensuring that HCM and Provider portals are aligned and up-to-date in respect to Team Member records.
- Reconciliation and payment of invoices based on plan volumes and plan rates
- Contributing to projects as they arise.
- Partnering with external consultants to create and distribute Annual Member Statements
- Build and maintain relationships to internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources
- 1-3 years’ experience working in pension and benefits management.
- CEBS, or GBA certification or working towards
- Experience with Workday, as well as, strong Excel skills
