**Global Compensation Specialist**

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct the pay equity analysis (Québec only)
- Oversee the approval of all salaries for position creations, new hires, promotions, or internal transfers
- Evaluate our compensation programs, policies and processes and actively participate in their improvement with the HR team
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of global compensation best practices to ensure Equisoft offers competitive compensation to its employees
- Provide recommendations and implement, communicate, and administer policies, directives, programs and processes supporting our international global compensation strategy
- Conduct market research, statistical analysis and other types of research required to manage and develop the Total Rewards strategy by required deadlines
- Support the HR team and managers in the annual salary review process, including bonus payouts
- Develop and deliver training content to managers and HR team members
- Support and maintain existing compensation structure
- Conduct external benchmarking to identify trends in total compensation

**MUST-HAVES**
- B.A. in Actuarial Sciences, Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources or other relevant training
- 8+ years’ experience in global compensation
- Experience in information technology
- Experience with international companies
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files at once
- Be trustworthy and act with integrity
- Ease in dealing with members of all levels of management in the organization and with external resources
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
- Excellent knowledge of French and English (oral and written)
