We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Relationship Specialist to join our Trust team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our vast network of vendors, ensuring that our security and privacy standards are upheld, and providing key support in Data Privacy Agreement contract negotiation. This role will play a pivotal part in consolidating and streamlining the vendor management process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors during the setup and review process, managing communication and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct initial approval reviews and assess vendor compliance with our security and privacy standards.
- Collaborate with Klick’s Legal team to review and negotiate DPA contracts, providing first-line support for contract redlining.
- Maintain and update the vendor list, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Proactively engage with media managers to identify new vendors and ensure they are brought into the review process promptly.
- Monitor and track vendor performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Trust, Contracts/Legal, and Media teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient vendor management process.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in vendor management, security, and privacy, and implement relevant changes to our processes as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of security and privacy regulations and best practices.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
