We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our team at S.i. Systèmes, Canada's largest retailer. This is a unique opportunity to manage reports, resolve vendor system vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with vendor SLAs.

Job Overview

This 1-year contract position is located in Brampton, Ontario, with a 4-day workweek on-site. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be the liaison between various teams, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues. Your expertise will be essential in producing high-level executive summaries and detailed technical reports on vendor status and progress.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Product Analysis or Business Analysis, with a strong background in vulnerability reporting, patch management, and vendor relationship management. ServiceNow proficiency for generating reports and trend analysis is also required. Confluence skills for documentation and collaboration are a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between various teams (Business, Operations, Service, Data & Analytics, Delivery, Technical Development) to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
  • Produce high-level executive summaries and detailed technical reports on vendor status and progress, including tracking vendor system vulnerabilities, patch management, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Identify, document, and report on vulnerabilities in vendor systems. Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues while adhering to timelines and commitments.
  • Run regular reports and analyze trends in ServiceNow, focusing on long-standing issues and system vulnerabilities. Engage with internal teams to resolve persistent issues.
  • Run ServiceNow reports, ensuring data is effectively utilized for trend identification and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical administrative support, with exposure to a variety of systems and a strong focus on patch management and vendor engagement.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years in Product Analysis or Business Analysis
  • Experience with vulnerability reporting, patch management, and vendor relationship management
  • ServiceNow for generating reports and trend analysis
  • Confluence for documentation and collaboration
  • Background in the Pharmaceutical industry

Please note that this is a 1-year contract position with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
