**About the Job**

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Management Specialist to join our team at TD. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

**Job Summary**

The Vendor Management Specialist will be responsible for providing research, evaluation, operational, reporting, and analytical support for assigned vendor relationships and/or business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct ongoing monitoring, analysis, and reporting on Third Party performance through the delivery of services against SLAs, SLOs, KPIs, or other contractual commitments.
  • Monitor spend against financial terms of Business Arrangements.
  • Use processes or tools to validate and resolve any issues and variances pertaining to invoices and facilitate invoice settlement to avoid incurring penalties/additional costs.
  • Understand and maintain knowledge of Business Arrangement terms (including key Third Party and business segment or corporate function deliverables) and scope changes that will be actively managed throughout the term.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders by providing value-added analysis, presentations, guidance, and/or operational support in a timely manner.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management, business arrangements, third-party management lifecycle principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Solid knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends.
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
