**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our solar products and services.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote our brand.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Must be a Canadian resident**.
- Strong interest in marketing and renewable energy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed**.
- knowledge of SEO and Google ads is a plus
