**This Opportunity**:
We are currently looking to fill a Full-Time Service Delivery Worker/Scheduler role in the South West Region—Chatham Supportive Housing and Outreach Attendant Services.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Using the electronic Quatro Scheduling system, the SDW will develop and revise ongoing master schedules for both client and staff in accordance with the client service and budgeted hours.
- Develop and revise as needed, a master schedule, in accordance with the client service and budgeted hours.
- Provide hours of service monthly reports to Supervisor.
- Aid in client-focused service delivery by referring service complaints to supervisorfor follow-up
- Provide administration support for Programs (i.e. correspondence, file management, co-ordinate staff meetings, orientation and training etc).
- Payroll processing and verifying of personal expense statements to meet set deadlines identified by the payroll schedule.
- Carrying the after-hours phone based on a rotating on-call schedule to cover evenings and weekends for clients and staff.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- High School graduate or equivalent
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with individuals with physical disabilities, older adults, or as an informal caregiver considered an asset but not required
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Physical Demands Self Analysis Required upon hire
- Ability to work flexible and regularly scheduled hours
- Scheduling experience is an asset
- **Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation required**
