Essential Job Functions:
- Enters data into HR systems, maintain HR files and records for employees, produces HR reports for leadership- Assists with coordinating details, logistics, communication and execution of various events including training, wellness, orientation, open enrollment, fairs, and other division HR events- Schedules meetings, assists with and directs incoming questions from employees- Supports various aspects of onboarding process which includes storing of documentation and processing new hire paperwork- Participates in planning and implementation of special projects related to payroll and employee records- Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Able to work as part of a team- Communication and interpersonal skills to respond to employee inquiries- Time management skills- Knowledge of industry and payroll- Ability to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures- Knowledge of Human Resource Regulations and guidelines.
