**Product Launch Specialist**

**Overview**

Working closely and collaboratively with the jewellery design, website development, creative and merchandising teams, you will seek solutions, set and manage priorities. You are flexible and able to function in a dynamic environment.

This is a full-time position where you will leverage your project management skills. An individual who proves to be successful in this position will be considered for upward movement and extension of their responsibility in our fast-growing company.

Based in Toronto, Safyre Labs is an e-commerce and technology company specializing in direct to consumer and custom manufacturing. The scalable Safyre platform offers users an innovative product customization experience, supported by a custom ERP to help manage the sales and manufacturing of personalized products. The proprietary e-commerce platform currently hosts two direct to consumer brands, Jewlr and Lee Fiori, where customers can personalize one-of-a-kind jewellery. With 13 years of success, we have custom manufactured and shipped over one million orders to the US, Canada, UK and Australia - and we keep on innovating our platform and introducing new products.

**Our E-commerce Brands**

Products from both brands are made on-demand in our state-of-the-art workshop located in Toronto, Canada, where we control quality and quickly produce the jewellery our customers love.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the product launch team - set priorities, look for efficiencies, ensure highest quality of work
- Drive product launch priorities from product strategy team
- Communicate new launch priorities and timelines to teams and key stakeholders
- Troubleshoot launch team challenges and strive for solutions/resolutions
- Consult with the jewellery design and product strategy teams to fully understand each product or collection purpose/direction
- Communicate new product/collection concepts and website functionality/options to jewellery production and customer service teams
- Ensure all tasks required to launch new products are completed on schedule - including tasks for direct reports and other teams
- Work collaboratively with the website development team to drive solutions and implement new product features
- Manage flow of communication and information between product launch priorities and internal teams such as marketing, advertising, etc.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to direct reports

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Demonstrated experience in E-commerce project management
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced, and performance-focused environments
- Experience in managing direct reports and indirect teams to achieve common goals
- Experience in project management on large-scale website development projects with remote workforce
- Proven experience managing end-to-end website design and building projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with basic productivity software (Google Suite, Word, Excel, etc.)
