Duties and responsibilities- Coordinates with Shunters trailer moves for inbounds, outbounds, trailer service requirements, etc.- Uses our Warehouse Management System to perform the following tasks:
- Monitors and prioritizes receiving of inbounds to ensure we minimize impacts to customers- Allocates orders to Material Handlers for picking and loading/staging- Investigates and reports shorts as well as escalates to on-site supervisor if required- Communicates with Material Handlers, Lead-hands and Management team to provide clear instructions on escalations, special instructions and general operational needs- Distributions and assigns RF equipment to Material Handlers- Confirms orders and prepares Bill of Ladings and transportation paperwork for drivers- Communicates operational delays to transportation team and customer service team when requested by the on-site supervisor- Coordinates with pallet repair company to pick up repair pallet loads- Responsible for end-to end management of WMS label system:
- Creating, printing and distributing label to Material Handlers-
- Checking label printer supply and replacing when required.-
- Must be available a minimum of 40 hours per week during off-peak season and full availability during peak periods- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
- Diploma of collegiate studies or equivalent experience in logistics and distribution- 1+ years of experience- Flexible: available to work day, evening and night shifts- Knowledge of Oracle (major assets)- Advanced intermediate English
