Junior Customer Service Assistant

Support Client Services and Sales team members with day-to-day tasks
- Provide accurate and valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Enter detailed orders with high degree of accuracy
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Assist Client Services and Sales team members to organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Ability to resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic manner

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
