**About the Position**:
Maropost is currently looking for an **Event & Campaign Manager** to bring a world-class events program to life. More than just a planning role, the Event & Campaign Manager needs to be a strategic thinker who can build full campaigns around each event to grow engagement with prospects and customers. You’ll take responsibility over the entire event lifecycle for online and offline events, conferences, and hosted events. You’ll own the event plan, manage logistics, take point on pre
- and post-event campaigns, and report on ROI. In addition, you’ll make sure that events successful and cost-effective. This role reports into the Chief Marketing Officer. If this interests you, then Maropost is the place for you.

**What you'll be responsible for**:
Bring an events vision to life
- Determine which events to attend, sponsor or host based on strategic objectives and expected ROI
- Create and maintain a robust calendar of global events
- Work closely with Content and Creative teams to create collateral, booths, giveaways, videos, and other required assets
- Manage speaking engagements for executives and customer champions
- Develop a comprehensive Event ‘Playbook’

Oversee planning and manage logistics
- Coordinate event logistics for conferences, sponsored events, hosted events, and more
- Manage relationships with production vendors and create a ‘rolodex’ of preferred partners
- Attend events and assist with on-site set up, tear down, and coordination
- Work within a project budget to achieve production objectives
- Prep event attendees and ensure they’re aligned with the strategy and objectives

- Work with the RevOps team to establish a reporting framework that provides full funnel visibility
- Manage target and attendee lists and ensure prospects are scored and routed appropriately
- Report on ROI and ensure events outcome aligns with the objective (as measured by leads, MQLs, SQLs, or other pre-defined metric)

**What You'll need to bring to Maropost**
- 3-5 years of event and/or campaign planning experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience in producing the full lifecycle for large scale experiences and events, from ideation through post-event follow-up
- Metrics-driven thinker with a strong understanding of the marketing funnel and how to measure conversion through it
- Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (ie Pardot)
- Proven project management approach, experience with Jira for project planning is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple projects with demonstrated ability to think and plan
- Experience managing vendors and contracts
- Highly organized, detail orientated, able to manage workflow in an efficient and effective manner
