Marketing Campaign Manager
As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our annual demand marketing campaigns aligned with the Delbridge GTM strategy. This position requires a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of omnichannel marketing and the ability to drive cohesive, brand-consistent, compelling campaigns across multiple platforms.
Annual Planning and Strategy Development: Create and oversee the annual plan for demand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Delbridge GTM strategy.
Omnichannel Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that integrates marketing campaigns, product launches, evergreen content, events, and partnerships.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to define campaign messaging, target markets, buying personas, and behaviours.
Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning, development, and execution of demand marketing campaigns across various marketing channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity.
Routinely report on performance results, optimization strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
3+ years of B2B marketing experience as a Campaign Strategy Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or ABM marketer.
~ Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
~ Proven experience in developing and implementing omnichannel marketing strategies.
~ Proficiency in budget management and performance reporting.
~ Account Based Marketing (ABM): Proven experience in developing and implementing effective Account Based Marketing strategies and tactics.
