Service Appointment Coordinator/greeter

Due to rapid growth, Southside Dodge is looking to expand its service team with the addition of a Appointment Coordinator.
The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for booking appointments over the phone, via SMS, and online.
**Duties are but are not limited to**:
- Handle All Incoming Service Phone Calls
- Follow-Up Calls on All Service Appointments
- Follow-Up on all No-Show Service Appointments
- Assist in maintaining the CX CSI platform
- Follow up with all service appointments
- Help the dealership maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with its customers
- Ensure all communications are properly documented in the CRM
- Assist in the coordination of shop flow
- Partake in Service Meetings
- Participate in ongoing Training and Workshops
- Posses a High School Diploma or Better.
- Are Fluent in verbal and written English language.
- Have Strong telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
- Posses Previous Automotive Service Experience
- Are able to manage 50-100 Interactions per day.
- Has good knowledge of vehicles, equipment, and/or dealership services offered
- Posses a Strong Knowledge and Experience of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Are Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases.
- Have a Strong customer service orientation
- Have Previous Dealership CRM Experience (PBS Preferred)
Compensation is based on an hourly wage, plus CSI bonuses are also given monthly based on goals set by Stellantis.
**Salary**: $3,200.00-$4,200.00 per month

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Dealership Automotive Service Department: 1 year (required)
- Service Advisor: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Valid Class 5 or Better Drivers License (required)
