Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Imperial Hospitality Consulting.

Job Description:- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other materials
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
