En tant que spécialiste de la facturation chez MEDFAR, vous ferez partie de l'équipe financière dans un environnement dynamique, amusant et créatif.
- Responsable de l'ensemble du processus de facturation
- Fournir des factures précises et opportunes en accord avec les exigences de fin de mois.
- Gérer les exceptions et les ajustements des contrats
- Gérer le processus de facturation de manière diligente et ponctuelle.
- Correspondre avec les équipes de vente et de mise en œuvre lorsque cela est nécessaire pour une facturation précise.
- Gérer l'entrée des transactions dans le logiciel de comptabilité avec précision et en temps voulu.
- Présenter les flux de clients et l'analyse des écarts
- Aider à soutenir l'équipe financière dans les opérations quotidiennes et les tâches supplémentaires demandées telles que les analyses de fin de mois.
- Rechercher en permanence des possibilités d'améliorer la précision des données.
- Rechercher continuellement des opportunités pour aider à améliorer les processus du département.
- Contribuer à répondre aux exigences de l'audit d'entreprise
- Correspondre et coopérer avec l'équipe des finances pour résoudre les problèmes de facturation.
- Aider le spécialiste du recouvrement dans les ajustements de facturation et la réussite des clients
**Qualifications**
- DEC ou Baccalauréat en commerce, en administration ou expérience équivalente;
- 3-4 ans d'expérience avérée dans un poste aux comptes recevables, à la facturation ou un poste équivalent;
- La connaissance de Salesforce est considérée comme un atout;
- La connaissance de Sage Intacct est considérée comme un atout;
- Excellentes compétences en communication, écrite et orale (français et anglais);
- Connaissance pratique des outils Microsoft Office et de la suite Google.
