**Skills**

Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proven track record of successful hires and a strong professional network.

**Key Responsibilities**

Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and preparation of offer letters.

HR Generalist:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in the development and implementation of on-boarding material, HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
- Help on-board the new hires to orient them to the organization and their role.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

**Salary** - $80 - 90K, commensurate with experience.
