**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and guest inquiries.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about hotel services and amenities while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist guests with special requests, complaints, or issues, ensuring their needs are met during their stay.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Provide local information and recommendations to enhance guests’ experiences in the area.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
