Pickleball - Front Desk Staff

**Job Overview**
As a Front Desk Staff, you will be the first point of contact for True north Courts. You will be responsible for greeting players, directing them to their courts, processing payments and answering any questions that may come up.

Additionally you will be trained on how our drop-ins, leagues and other similar events run so that you can facilitate them during shifts.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Process payments
- Manage bookings and schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Facilitate and run drop-in play, leagues and other fixed events

**Skills**:

- Proficiency with computers and office equipment such as printers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively. You will be dealing with people throughout your shifts.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer support processes.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
