Account Lead/recruiter

**Key Accountabilities**
- Work with a team of Business Professional/IT Recruiters, provide the team with ample direction, research, and sourcing strategy to support and identify a pipeline of talent for assigned roles. Work closely with the Engagement Specialist to coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding details, background checks absence and time off requests, etc. Delegate tasks to appropriate individuals when necessary, assist and attend to arising issues, motivate, encourage, and maintain positive relationships across the environment, follow process to maintain an organized workflow.
- Review and action a high volume of VMS notifications. Post and update requisitions in ATS. Assign requisitions to designated team members including self and ensure coverage is met as per SLA standards.
- Review background checks with internal and external stakeholders, ensure all checks and results are verified and 100% complaint for audits.
- Generate and maintain reports, provide forecasting of account’s activities, trends, goals, etc.
- Attending supplier calls and meetings with clients, provide market intel and feedback on trends/challenges, focus on maintaining as well as building relationships with existing clients.
- Respond to monthly and quarterly audits, complete audit reports within due dates, ensure a high level of compliance is followed on an on-going basis.
- Follow existing process to create an organized workflow, and effectively implement new strategies across the team to adhere to the VMS/MSP program’s requirements.
**Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications**
- Experience in a VMS or high-volume recruiting environment.
- Skilled using Fieldglass, Beeline and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organization, planning, thinking, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Effective pipeline management.
- Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills.
- Positive, resilient, creative, and solution focused.
- Ability to influence and persuade.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Webex, Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience working with Bullhorn is an asset.
- Bilingual (French & English) is an asset.
