**Communications Associate Marketing Manager**

The Radiology team in Canada is looking for a Marketing Communications Associate to steer the marketing team in their efforts to enhance communications with stakeholders (radiologists, specialists, technologists, etc.) to ensure the deliverance of high quality patient care by providing quality products, service, and information in a timely manner. The Marketing Communications Associate will spearhead all Radiology digital activation projects and support commercialization efforts for all modalities in conjunction with marketing managers within the Radiology organization in Canada. This position acts as a central entity to ensure that all marketing communications are created and disseminated in accordance with Legal, Medical, and Regulatory guidelines.

Bayer is committed to a flexible hybrid working environment. This is a 14-month Short-Term Assignment or Contract position.

**What you will do**:
**Brand Management**:

- Work closely with the entire marketing team to understand brandportfolios, analyze past messaging success, and determine future tactics across various channels
- Actively participate in the building of yearly brand plans by providing digital insights on methods of improvement required to reach set revenue goals
- Work closely with the sales team to evaluate how digital can assist in their efforts to promote and sell products via monthly check ins
- Build yearly digital marketing plan to encompass all learnings from launched assets and provide a path to elevate digital initiatives for the year ahead

**Digital Capability**:

- Set quarterly digital marketing goals to differentiate engagement versus influence of targeted stakeholders
- Measure messaging and executional success by analyzing data within Google Analytics, through paid partnership reports, and within internal systems (Salesforce/Pardot, Insights, Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Pardot and its abilities, analyzing customer segmentation strategy to fully leverage the digital ecosystem and understand customer activity and interests to enrich messaging and speak to unmet needs
- Complete competitive analysis to understand strengths and weaknesses in digital strategy compared to competitors
- Create monthly digital update reports to inform team of all initiatives and outputs, insights, and next steps for improvement
- Be a digital advocate and champion digital solutions across Canada, while aligning with North America and global colleagues, in order to access and find solutions that are applicable to Canada
- Lead the launch of new websites and/or additions to existing websites within the Radiology database (educational platforms, HCP website, unbranded patient website)
- As the owner of both the branded HCP website and unbranded patient website, plan for and promote new assets to continue to elevate the platforms. Work with IT to maintain the site and ensure compliance in accordance with Bayer policies.

**Project Management**:

- Act as a central point of contact and effectively work within a cross functional team (IT/digital transformation, marketing, administration, sales, Legal, Medical, Regulatory) to achieve overall success for the department
- Spearhead, with our agency partners, the design of a highly scalable digital framework for managing customer experience with the goal of increasing, earning, and retaining customer loyalty
- Work closely with the administrative team to monitor budgets, follow up and organize upcoming and outstanding invoices and SOWs
- Create and manage timelines by submitting and monitoring projects within Veeva, coordinate translations, and organize all materials for the marketing and sales teams for prompt usage
- Stay in the know on trending topics within Radiology and bring ideas on how to elaborate on current outreach efforts
- Serve as the point person in expediting content through the Legal, Medical, and Regulatory review process within Veeva.

**Who you are**:

- 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience creating content calendars and confidently leading team through the deployment strategies
- Experience working with Salesforce and Pardot to track customer journeys
- Understanding of social media platforms success metrics and how to pivot strategy to enhance communications within Legal, Medical, Regulatory barriers
