**What you do**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Off-Premises, the **Associate Marketing Manager** is responsible for for supporting integrated marketing campaigns focused on the off-premises sales channels, which includes, providing support for take-out and delivery promotions; Boston Pizza’s Gift Card program; media plans; and strategic partnerships with delivery service providers. In this role, you will be expected to:

- Support the planning, execution, and measurement of Boston Pizza’s various off-premise marketing programs through day-to-day collaboration with both internal cross-functional team members and external partners.
- Track and regularly report on Boston Pizza’s gift card channel sales performance, providing recommendations on future gift card activity based on past learnings and results.
- Maintain Boston Pizza’s gift card inventory across a range of retailers and partners, always ensuring an uninterrupted supply of gift cards.
- Identify growth marketing opportunities with key gift card partners to further grow Boston Pizza’s gift card channel.
- Support the development of written communications for Boston Pizza restaurants on the specific details of each off-premises marketing program.
- Support the creation of weekly and monthly reporting on performance metrics within the off-premises channel. This includes channel sales comparisons and updates, promotional performance, media performance and restaurant feedback. The role also provides support for the creation of promotion post-reports to inform future Marketing programs.
- Gather and consolidate clear and timely feedback on creative assets requests, ensuring these are aligned to Boston Pizza’s Brand Guidelines.
- Maintain and update Marketing program work back schedules to ensure all key timelines are met.
- Provide thought leadership on off-premises promotional ideas to deliver programming that drives sales in off-premises sales channels.

**Who you are**:

- You have a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field;
- You have 2 years of Marketing experience, digital and gift card program experience preferred;
- You have excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation);
- You have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, Microsoft Excel;
- You have strong time-management skills;
- You are a problem-solver;
- You have the ability to promote cross-functional consensus-building;
- You have the ability to work independently and with a team;
- You can manage complex lists of deliverables;
- You have strong relationship-building abilities;
- You have a passion for advertising and creative evaluation.
